This space sat empty for some time in this very busy home. The client requested a space that adults could enjoy and entertain in, while keeping in mind that kids were also in the home. KLD was able to accomplish just that by dividing this large room into dedicated spaces for games, bar, and conversation.

UPPER EAST SIDE
Our priority in renovating was to mesh a stylish, adult-friendly space perfect for entertaining and relaxation with a home that would be suitable for a newborn and a toddler. This dated, two-bedroom was transformed into a lovable and functional space. With muted tones and pops of color throughout, we were able to achieve a comfortable yet sophisticated feeling perfect for every family member.
